JDOT PTY LTD is seeking a passionate and experienced restaurant manager to join and lead our team at Bomboras, a modern and stylish restaurant, serving classic coastal dishes.

Full time Requirements: Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate staffs Communication skills and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. Proven experience as a restaurant manager in a high volume restaurant and fast-paced environment (2 years or above) Ability to multitask and work well under pressure In-depth knowledge of food, beverages and alcohol including knowledge restaurant operations, POS system and basic accounting principles. Excellent time management and planning skill Responsibilities: Manage daily operations of the restaurant and ensure the highest standards of the service. Discuss with Chefs about new menus according to the seasons and patrons' preferences, making arrangement with kitchen and floor staff for the functions and parties. Monitor and maintain inventory levels and control costs through effective resource management. Motivate and manage staffs, providing training and development opportunities as needed, rostering and recruiting staffs. Handle customers enquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally, resolving any issues to exceed customer expectations. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organised restaurant environment. Monitor sales and revenue performance, oversee profit & loss and budgets on a regular basis.
