In this role, you'll help keep our operations running smoothly by assisting with incoming and outgoing deliveries, coordinating with freight companies, and ensuring goods reach their correct destinations on time. You'll also deliver orders to freight depots and customers within the Griffith area.
What You'll Be Doing

- Assist the team with receiving and processing incoming deliveries
- Coordinating the flow of goods to their correct destinations
- Checking and matching documentation to ensure accuracy
- Assisting with general warehouse duties and keeping the area safe and organised
What You'll Learn
Experience in logistics is an advantage, but it's not essential. We'll provide you the training and support to build your skills and confidence. You'll gain:
- A strong understanding of warehouse and supply processes
- Knowledge on how to securely pack and load orders for transport
- Skills in computer-based systems
- Experience working with customers and freight companies
- Confidence in communication, organisation, and problem-solving
What We're Looking For
We're after someone practical, dependable, and willing to learn. You'll need to be:
- Confident driving a utility vehicle
- Friendly and well-presented
- Organised, with strong attention to detail
- A clear communicator who enjoys working with others
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a busy environment
- Competent with reading, writing, and basic maths
- Physically capable of lifting up to 20kg and operating pallet jacks safely
- Be available to work Saturdays and overtime as required
- Pass a pre-employment physical, drug and alcohol test
A Class C driver's licence is essential, and an NSW forklift licence would be an advantage.
