We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Inventory/Logistics Co-ordinator to join our team in Mascot. This is a dynamic, hands-on role responsible for coordinating international and domestic shipments, managing inventory, and ensuring seamless delivery and installation of medical devices across Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate international and domestic freight movements: receiving, packing, and dispatch
- Manage delivery and installation of medical devices across ANZ (including physical setup)
- Maintain accurate inventory records and support stocktake processes
- Prepare stock for demos, exhibitions, loans, and customer sales
- Oversee internal stock transfers and ensure up-to-date tracking
- Support Sales, Marketing, and Clinical teams with evolving logistics needs
- Manage and maintain the demo/loan register to ensure device availability and traceability
- Contribute to process improvements across logistics and inventory management
What You'll Bring
- Experience in logistics, warehousing, or inventory coordination (essential)
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- A proactive, hands-on attitude with great problem-solving ability
- High attention to detail and a customer-first mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Competency with inventory systems and Microsoft Office tools
- Valid Australian driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
Experience in the aesthetics, healthcare, or medical device industry is highly regarded but not essential.
