The Role 

The successful candidate will assist with our clients' day-to-day customer service needs. The primary responsibilities include:

  • Answering and responding effectively to incoming enquiries (primarily via email).
  • Providing logistics and customer service support to our clients.
  • Monitoring and assisting in the coordination of interstate transport.
  • Interacting with transport suppliers daily.
  • Performing various other activities as outlined in a detailed position description.
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday.
  • Full Time - 40hrs per week.

  • Have a solid commitment to providing high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Be competent in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Possess good problem-solving skills.

Remuneration: Attractive salary of $62k - $70k + Super, in line with experience. Yearly remuneration reviews.
