Debrief Officer

We are seeking a detail oriented and proactive Debrief Officer to join our Transport Operations team. In this vital role, you will provide administrative and specialised transport support to ensure effective, efficient, and accurate business operations. Working from 12:00pm to 8:06pm, you will play a key role in monitoring driver compliance, auditing transport documentation and ensuring accurate and timely debriefs each day, as well as ensuring run sheets and paperwork is in place and completed.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will perform duties including, but not limited to:

• Audit pallet control documentation to ensure accuracy against pallets onboard and received
• Collate and verify driver run sheets to ensure they are complete and accurate
• Identify and escalate any breaches or inaccuracies to the Department Manager
• Conduct daily audits on driver performance and compliance
• Track driver movements and escalate any issues as required
• Audit pallet control documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Match pallet records to physical counts onboard and received
• Review previous night's load plans and escalate any identified issues
• Escalate recurring customer issues to Customer Service and Sales teams

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative role. Transport and logistics industry experience is preferred.
• Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• A flexible, adaptable approach with the ability to work independently
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
