The Role

We're searching for a confident and motivated Real Estate Sales Agent to join our Norwest-based team.

If you have at least one year of active selling experience and a valid Class 2 Real Estate Licence, this is an opportunity to take your career to the next level in a supportive, high-performing environment.

You'll be responsible for managing your own listings, nurturing buyers and vendors, and closing deals with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, list, and sell residential properties, house & land packages, and project sales
  • Conduct open homes, buyer inspections, and negotiations
  • Manage vendor relationships and communication throughout the campaign
  • Work collaboratively within the Avaani team to achieve office sales targets
  • Represent the Avaani brand with integrity and commitment

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A valid NSW Class 2 Real Estate Licence
  • A minimum 1 year of active selling experience in residential sales
  • A consistent record of closing deals and achieving sales targets
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and self-motivation
  • A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
