Orange Real Estate has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Associate/Assistant Agent to join the Sales Team. Working alongside one of our Senior Sales Agents, you will have the opportunity to learn from an industry expert, hone your sales skills, and contribute to the success of the team.

This role involves client service, general and administrative support, marketing coordination, and assistance in the entire sales process to ensure smooth transactions and exceptional client experiences for both the vendor and purchaser.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Support

  • Assist in managing buyer and vendor relationships.
  • Accompany the agent to property inspections, open homes, and auctions, and at times run inspections and open homes independently
  • Handle buyer inquiries, provide property information, and follow up on leads.
  • Support the preparation of comparative market analyses and property appraisals.
  • Negotiation - managing offers and liaising with purchasers, vendors, and solicitors
  • Prospecting activities to generate leads, including cold calling

Marketing & Promotion

  • Coordinate property marketing campaigns including online listings, print media, signage, and social media.
  • Assist with staging, photography bookings, creating 3D virtual tours, and other promotional materials as needed.
  • Update and maintain digital platforms and CRM systems.

Administration & Compliance

  • Prepare documentation, including agency agreements, contracts, and correspondence as requested.
  • Maintain accurate records in compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and ensure smooth workflow.

Business Support

  • Provide day-to-day operational support to the lead agent.
  • Assist with database management and client nurturing activities.
  • Contribute to team targets and business growth initiatives.

Skills and experience:

  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy team environment
  • Previous experience in real estate is desired but not essential
  • Hold a current NSW Driver's license and own a reliable car
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Professional presentation and customer service focus
  • High attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
  • Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office, CRM software, digital marketing platforms)
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, and results-driven attitude
  • Holds a NSW Assistant Agent Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Agent Licence, or will study and complete this before starting in the job
