Sales Associate to the Lead Agent.

As Sales Associate to the Director, you'll play an essential role in supporting all aspects of the sales process while learning directly from a leading agent in Brisbane's thriving inner-city market.

A current real estate licence or registration is required to commence this position.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Attend and assist with open homes, auctions, and property set-ups across weekdays and weekends.
  • Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Director throughout each stage of the sales campaign.
  • Liaise with contractors, stylists, valuers, and building & pest inspectors to ensure smooth and efficient transactions.
  • Conduct daily prospecting and phone outreach to generate leads and build strong client relationships.
  • Undertake weekly letterbox drops and contribute to local area marketing initiatives.
