We are seeking an experienced
Sales Associate
to join our team at our
boutique land development in the Illawarra
.
This is a permanent full time role working Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday.
Reporting to the Sales Manager and working closely with the Sales Consultant this role will:

  • perform reception duties i.e. greet clients/visitors, answer incoming calls and email enquiries promptly and professionally providing customers with accurate information as required
  • manage, update and maintain our Salesforce CRM database
  • provide administrative support to the Sales Consultant to ensure the smooth operation of the Harmony sales office
  • prepare price lists, process signed contracts, handle deposits, etc.
  • assist the Marketing team with onsite marketing initiatives or events as required
  • contribute to the analysis of local competitor activity at monthly PCG meetings
  • maintain high standards of sales centre presentation at all times
  • support continuous improvement projects to help deliver operational efficiencies as required

Skills And Experience

  • Proven experience in a sales admin and/or customer service role
  • Must have a current NSW Real Estate Sales Certificate
  • Strong customer service skills and a drive for results
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Salesforce or similar CRM database experience (desirable but not essential).
  • Superior planning, organisational and problem solving skills
  • Advanced MS Office skills
