We’re a growing real estate business based in **South Melbourne**, focused on high-yield co-living homes across Victoria. We’re looking for a **full-time Admin Coordinator** to manage the backend of our property deals — from document handling to client communication.

You’ll work alongside our head office team to keep things organised and running smoothly: uploading files, tracking progress, checking documents, and keeping communication flowing between clients, agents, and internal staff.

This role is about being on top of every detail, responding to client needs quickly, and keeping our backend clean and professional. If you're sharp, fast-moving, and love real estate or construction, this is for you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage digital files using **Google Drive**:

- Review and verify client documents (e.g. ID, EOIs)
- Update and maintain job details in our **CRM system**:

- Liaise with internal staff, builders, and sales agents
- Upload contracts to **DocuSign** and follow up on signatures
- Provide weekly updates to the team on job progress
- Spot missing info or delays and flag them early
- Support the head office team across various admin tasks

**You’ll Need**:

- Experience with Google Drive & CRMs (or similar platforms)
- High attention to detail and strong follow-through
- Able to juggle multiple tasks and move quickly between jobs
- Problem-solving mindset — especially when clients have questions about documents or builds
- Prior experience in **real estate, construction, or admin** (preferred but not required)

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
