Hurst is a leading provider of Pathology consumables and equipment in both Public and Private sectors. We are passionate about delivering quality products to our clients and take pride in our reputation for exceptional service. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team

The Role

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying new business opportunities and growing the customer base across Victoria
  • Maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients
  • Presenting and promoting products/services to meet customer needs
  • Preparing quotes, negotiating deals, and closing sales
  • Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets
  • Maintaining accurate records using our CRM system
  • Collaborating with the wider team to support marketing and customer service efforts

About You

  • Must be living in Melbourne Victoria with your own vehicle
  • Proven experience in a sales role
  • Experience in the Pathology / Scientific Market
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident, driven, and results-focused
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Comfortable working independently and managing your territory
  • A valid driver's licence (role requires travel)
  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills

  • Work in a safe manner and comply with all legislative requirements
  • Comply with the requirements of all lawful instructions
  • Actively participate in health and safety matters
