We're now seeking a Digital Client Service Director to lead our client partnerships and drive growth across our portfolio.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Leading senior client relationships and ensuring strategic alignment of campaigns that drive measurable ROI.
  • Partnering with ambitious, digitally-minded automotive clients who value proactive, results-driven thinking.
  • Driving growth within existing accounts while identifying and securing new opportunities.
  • Translating performance data into powerful insights that fuel smarter strategies.
  • Guiding internal teams to deliver seamless, integrated campaigns across SEO, paid media, social, and web.
  • Representing Universal at industry events and positioning us as the digital partner of choice in automotive.
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years in client services, account direction, or digital strategy (agency or automotive experience ideal).
  • A proven record of growing client portfolios and delivering measurable business results.
  • Strategic commercial thinking with a talent for spotting and converting opportunities.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Passion for digital innovation — and ideally, for the automotive world too.
