About Us:

CL Skin is a multi-award-winning boutique skin clinic specialising in advanced treatments like Dermapen skin needling, IPL, Morpheus 8, LED therapy, Cosmelan depigmentation, and O Cosmedics facials. We're results-driven, client-focused, and love creating confident, glowing, makeup-free skin.

We recently also won Best Pigmentation results in Australia and NZ at the 2025 Best In Skin Awards.

The Role:

We're looking for a positive, bubbly, highly organised action-taker to join our team. You'll be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring every guest feels welcome while keeping the clinic running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and deliver outstanding customer service
  • Manage stocktake, ordering, and reporting
  • Support the team and maintain a clean, inviting front area
  • Convert leads and enquiries into bookings (phone & in-person)
  • Confidently recommend treatments and product upgrades with a kind approach

About You:

  • Experience in beauty, skin, or salon environments highly desirable
  • Enjoy sales and upgrading clients in a genuine, caring way
  • Positive, confident, solution-focused, and takes initiative
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Motivated to support the team and contribute to business growth
