**The Opportunity**
This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone eager to kickstart their career in administration. We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated team member who is keen to learn and grow with us. Full training and ongoing support will be provided - no prior industry experience is required.

**The Role**
As an Entry Level Admin Support Officer, you’ll learn all aspects of office administration while being a key point of contact for our valued clients. Duties will include:

- Building and maintaining client relationships (with training provided)
- Data entry and job lodgement
- Assisting the Directors, Office Manager, Admin Team and Building Supervisors with daily tasks
- General administrative duties

**What You’ll Bring**
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
- Friendly and professional communication style
- Good attention to detail and time management
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office knowledge is a plus)
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
- No prior building industry experience required - training provided
