
Strategic Account Manager

At Team Global Express , we're looking for a Strategic Account Manager who thrives on building meaningful relationships and driving commercial success. In this hybrid role, you'll manage key accounts in the Telco and Wholesale sectors, while also identifying new business opportunities that deliver long-term value.
What You'll Be Doing- Manage a portfolio of strategic partner accounts, enhancing TGE's profile, customer loyalty, and share of wallet.
- Develop and execute growth strategies, service plans, and quarterly business reviews.
- Build and expand executive-level relationships across customer organisations.
- Champion customer needs internally to deliver innovative, enterprise-wide solutions.
- Secure new tier-one partner accounts across diverse industries.
- Achieve financial targets including revenue growth, profitability, and solution quality.
- Deliver tailored, multimodal transport solutions that meet evolving customer needs.
- Proven experience managing complex B2B solutions for large enterprise clients.
- Strong track record in strategic account management and exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills from C-suite to operational teams.
- Commercial acumen in planning, forecasting, and contract negotiation.
- Deep understanding of market trends, industry segments, and digital ecommerce.
- High-level communication and interpersonal skills.
- Collaborative mindset with a strategic, evidence-based approach.
- Valid Driver's License.
