About the Role

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and executing innovative digital strategies that elevate our brand, drive engagement and deliver measurable results. You'll lead the planning, implementation, and optimisation of campaigns across multiple channels—ensuring a seamless and impactful online experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across all Novari brands.
  • Design and execute email marketing and automation strategies to build engagement and conversion.
  • Direct a team of graphic designers, social media content managers and external agencies to drive results.
  • Create and implement brand marketing initiatives that drive awareness and loyalty.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Deliver integrated online campaigns across web, social and paid media platforms.
  • Oversee UX and website optimisation strategies to improve customer experience and conversion rates.
  • Set and monitor performance targets including traffic, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Analyse and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to management.

You're a strategic thinker and hands-on digital marketer with a passion for data-driven creativity. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can confidently manage multiple brands and projects.

You'll bring:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to turn insights into action.
