Are you an experienced Brand Manager who is passionate about beauty and loves all things luxury? If so, we are currently seeking an enthusiastic, driven, and experienced brand marketing specialist to join the team to grow our business, brands and continue our path of success.

Cosmax Prestige Brands is Australia and New Zealand’s fastest growing and leading luxury fragrance and beauty distributor for more than 30 years. Our brands include Bvlgari, Coach, Dolce & Gabbana, Givenchy, Guerlain, Hermès, Issey Miyake, Jimmy Choo, Kenzo, Montblanc, Narciso Rodriguez and many more.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Full P&L ownership of the assigned brand(s) and responsible to deliver financial results such as market share, net sales and category growth. Create and manage marketing, sales and purchasing budget.
- Forecasting and product lifecycle management.
- Develop 360 degree launch and promotional plans.
- Manage relationships with internal and external local and global stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional departments to implement agreed marketing plans, from strategic to operational processes.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Business / Commerce degree is a must, with major in Marketing preferable
- Minimum 5 years of experience in brand or product management
- Beauty or luxury industry experience preferable
- Strong commercial acumen, excellent analytical and numerical skills, with proven experience working on budget and P&L management
- Goal-driven, proactive and able to deliver timely results in high-pressured environment
- High attention to details and exceptional problem-solving and organizing skills
- Strong team player, superior interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Advanced Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
