Creative Juice SA is seeking an outstanding, passionate Marketing Lead with extensive knowledge and skills to become an integral member of our client's exceptionally positive, collaborative and dedicated marketing team.

The company:

Our client runs charitable home lotteries to deliver unrestricted funds for select charity partners. Based in the Adelaide CBD office and with a focus on their Melbourne-based client, you will have the opportunity to collaborate across campaigns in Adelaide, Melbourne and North America.

Formed in 1978 and has established itself as a global leader in lottery fundraising. Its primary mission is to empower charity partners to deliver transformational results through innovations in strategy, technology, cross-market research, purchasing, media and operational processes, utilising proven methods and with an adventurous spirit.

They are dedicated in supporting their clients to make a tangible impact in the advancement of medical research, technology, equipment, and overall care and services to local communities through high-profile campaigns. Australian clients include the Royal Melbourne Hospital and the Hospital Research Foundation Group.

The role:

The Marketing Lead drives strategic marketing initiatives for lottery programs, collaborating across teams to deliver comprehensive campaigns that meet program objectives and client expectations. This role serves as the central coordination point for all marketing activities, ensuring seamless execution from strategy through implementation.

Your key relationships include internal team members, client stakeholders and external vendors and partners who you will work with collaboratively to ensure seamless campaign delivery.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, with responsibility for keeping the Executive team informed on campaign performance, marketing activities and stakeholder management.

Some interstate travel will be required from time to time.

Core Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Collaborate with leadership and vendors to develop comprehensive marketing strategies, including media planning and procurement
  • Analyze program sales data to identify trends and recommend target achievement strategies
  • Maintain innovative approach by identifying market opportunities and implementing marketing best practices

Brand & Content Management

  • Ensure consistency across all marketing channels including digital platforms, print, broadcast, and social media
  • Develop advertising content, including scriptwriting for radio and television campaigns
  • Ensure regulatory compliance for all advertising materials

Partnership & Event Management

  • Cultivate strategic vendor relationships and coordinate public relations opportunities
  • Assist with organising promotional events, functions, and partnership activations
  • Attend lottery draws and program events as required

Vendor & Budget Management

  • Serve as primary contact for marketing vendors and service providers
  • Manage contracted services scope and performance standards
  • Maintain adherence to approved budgets, strategies, and campaign timelines

Performance Analysis

  • Conduct comprehensive campaign reporting across all marketing platforms
  • Share insights, innovations, and learnings with stakeholders
  • Identify potential risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies

Project Coordination

  • Manage multiple concurrent projects with strong attention to detail
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to ensure seamless program delivery

About you:

Education

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

Minimum 5 years of marketing experience with demonstrated expertise in:

  • Multi-channel content development
  • Email marketing and digital media campaigns
  • Cross-functional project management
