Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team in Adelaide, South Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness, generate new business opportunities, and support both retail and B2B growth across the company's operations.

This role requires a motivated professional with strong analytical and communication skills, capable of combining creativity with data-driven decision-making to achieve measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify consumer trends, competitor pricing and strategies, and new market opportunities.

• Generate new business leads and support business expansion through effective marketing, communication, and networking initiatives.

• Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, content creation, and traditional media.

• Use key performance metrics (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.

• Create and nurture productive relationships with new and existing clients through marketing communications, brand engagement, and partnerships.

• Coordinate and participate in company events, trade shows, conferences, and exhibitions, ensuring brand consistency and professional representation.

• Develop and manage the marketing department budget, ensuring optimal allocation and return on investment (ROI).

• Collaborate with internal departments — including sales, finance, public relations, and operations — to align marketing initiatives with business goals.

• Manage the development and distribution of marketing materials such as brochures, website content, social media posts, and digital advertising.

• Research potential demand and market characteristics for new products and services, and support business decisions through data analysis.

• Analyze consumer patterns and preferences to refine marketing messages and enhance customer engagement.

• Contribute to content strategy, including website management, SEO performance, and social media planning.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

At least 5 years of proven experience as a Marketing Specialist or similar role within marketing, retail, or B2B industries.

Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email marketing.

Strong understanding of brand development, customer segmentation, and integrated marketing strategy.

Hands-on experience with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite or similar.

Proven ability to manage marketing budgets and deliver measurable ROI.

Excellent communication, and project coordination skills, with attention to detail.

Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) will be highly regarded.

Fluency in English with bilingual proficiency is an advantage.
