Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager, based in Adelaide, SA. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and analyzing marketing strategies to help achieve organizational objectives. This includes managing and leading projects, overseeing advertising campaigns, collaborating with internal teams, ensuring brand consistency, tracking performance metrics, and identifying opportunities for growth and engagement. In this role, you will also work closely with stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Content Marketing strategies
- Experience with Campaign Management, Branding, and Advertising
- Strong skills in Leadership, Collaboration, and Strategic Thinking
- Knowledge of Data Analysis, Market Research, and Performance Metrics
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with relevant marketing tools and platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Previous experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role
Marketing Manager: Driving Inclusive Growth & Compassionate Branding
As the Marketing Manager, you will be the core driver of our corporate marketing strategy, working to significantly enhance our brand visibility within the disability sector, drive NDIS participant engagement, and accelerate growth of our compassionate support services. You will lead and inspire a creative team while ensuring every campaign reflects Blu Sky Care's compassionate values and positioning as a trusted disability support provider.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Advisory in the Disability Sector
Corporate Strategy Design: Design and implement high-level, corporate-wide marketing strategies and ongoing campaigns to support Blu Sky Care's key business goals, focusing on NDIS market penetration and service uptake.
Planning & Development: Plan, develop, and organise advertising policies and campaigns to directly support service enrolment and drive growth, specifically targeting NDIS participants and their families/carers.
Executive Consulting: Advise executives and leadership on marketing strategies and campaigns to reach target NDIS participant demographics, creating service awareness and effectively promoting the attributes of our high-quality home and disability support services.
Marketing Guidance: Advise on all elements of marketing such as service mix, pricing (aligned with NDIS price guides), promotion, and participant referral/onboarding channels.
Consumer Insight: Analyse data regarding NDIS participant patterns and preferences, interpreting and predicting current and future trends in disability support needs and the competitive landscape.
Demand Forecasting: Research potential demand and market characteristics for new goods and support services (e.g., complex care, community participation), and collect and analyse NDIS and statistical information.
Market Opportunity: Commission and undertake market research to identify opportunities for new and existing support services that align with participant goals and NDIS funding.
Creative Leadership & Mission-Driven Execution
Creative Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire the creative team, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and values-driven culture by setting clear goals and monitoring performance.
Brand Guardian: Monitor and supervise brand integrity across all marketing channels, ensuring consistent, respectful, and person-centred messaging and visual identity that effectively represents Blu Sky Care's mission of bringing joy and laughter to clients.
Campaign Coordination: Coordinate production of campaigns (digital content, brochures, community partnerships) involving specialised activities, such as copywriting, media scripting, and community placement, within time and budget constraints.
Multi-Channel Execution: Assist in planning and executing comprehensive, multi-channel marketing campaigns (including social media, community events, and referral networks) aligned with company goals.
Digital Content Management: Create and manage engaging, accessible, and informative content across all social media platforms to significantly increase audience engagement and community building among the disability community and support network.
Performance & Reporting
Performance Analytics: Monitor and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns (e.g., lead generation, service sign-ups, website traffic from relevant audiences) using essential tools like Google Analytics and the Meta Business Suite, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
