We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join the DXC team on a long term project. This is a contract role starting ASAP.
As a Technical Business Analyst specialising in integration, you will play a critical role bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will conduct in-depth technical analysis, collaborate with stakeholders, and produce comprehensive technical designs. Experience with MuleSoft or other integration platforms is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyse detailed technical requirements.
- Perform technical analysis of business processes and integration needs.
- Design end-to-end technical solutions and integration architectures, with a focus on API-led connectivity.
- Create technical documentation including use cases, workflow diagrams, data mappings, and interface specifications.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure alignment of designs with business objectives.
- Support the testing, deployment, and maintenance of integration solutions.
- Act as a subject matter expert for integration platforms, particularly MuleSoft.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimizations through technical insights.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst within integration projects.
- Strong understanding of integration concepts, middleware, and API management.
- Hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform highly preferred.
- Ability to create clear and detailed technical designs and documentation.
- Familiarity with system architecture, web services (REST/SOAP), and data transformation techniques.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile methodologies
