About the Role

Reporting to the National Training Manager, you'll play a key role in coaching and training stores in the San Churro way Enhance store standards, support new stores and deliver training to empower out franchise partners and team members to be their best

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering engaging training (both in-store and office-based) for new franchise partners and their teams
  • Supporting new store set-ups to ensure smooth and successful openings
  • Conducting compliance checks and providing on-site coaching to ensure adherence to San Churro's operational standards
  • Identifying performance gaps and designing tailored training solutions
  • Partnering with the Operations team across multiple states to support store readiness and operational excellence

What We're Looking For

At San Churro, we approach our work with pride, passion, and a sense of adventure. To thrive in this role, you'll bring:

  • A love of travel and meeting people with interstate travel approx. 1–2 times per month
  • Operational experience in QSR, food service, franchising, or a similar industry
  • Experience in store operations, training, or both. What matters is you understand what great looks like in-store
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and presentation skills
  • A commitment to operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement
