About Us

Rosehill College is a registered training organisation (RTO) delivering high-quality education and training across a range of disciplines. We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Trainer/Assessor to deliver and assess the UEE30820 Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician qualification.

The Role

We are looking for a dedicated onshore Trainer/Assessor (Contractor) with strong industry experience to deliver engaging, compliant, and high-quality training to our students. The role involves face-to-face and/or blended delivery, ensuring students develop both the technical skills and compliance knowledge required to succeed in the electrotechnology field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and assess units within the UEE30820 Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician qualification.
  • Develop and adapt training resources to meet learner and industry needs.
  • Ensure compliance with the Standards for RTOs and ASQA requirements.
  • Provide timely feedback, mentoring, and support to students.
  • Maintain accurate student records and assessment documentation.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician (or higher qualification in the field).
  • Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent, including LLN & Assessment units).
  • Current industry currency and strong vocational experience.
  • Sound understanding of compliance within the VET sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as a contractor.
