Calling All Passionate and Knowledgeable Trainers

Are you an experienced and enthusiastic educator with expertise in Health Services Assistance and Individual Support? We're looking for you to join our dynamic team of industry-leading trainers and make a real impact in the field

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training Delivery: Facilitate and deliver the training to a diverse group of students, both face-to-face and online.
  • Assessment Contextualisation: Contextualise engaging and compliant assessment tools to effectively measure student progress and competency.
  • Industry Engagement: Stay up-to-date with trends in the sports industry to ensure course content reflects current practices and future developments.
  • Continuous Improvement: Regularly review and update the course based on feedback and industry changes.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • TAE40116 or TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (essential)
  • HLT33115 Certificate III in Health Services Assistance
  • CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support
  • Strong knowledge of the HLT33115 Certificate III in Health Services Assistance, CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support and VET sector compliance
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively to develop a high-quality program
  • Experience in both face-to-face and online teaching is highly desirable
