Role Purpose

The Traffic Management Trainer is responsible for developing, delivering, and continuously improving AVADA's field-based traffic training and competency framework. • Mentor and develop frontline Traffic Controllers, supporting career development pathways and identifying emerging leaders to strengthen our operational capability.
  • Work closely with the Registered Training Organisation (RTO) to onboard suitable candidates, including attending site to observe performance and provide feedback.
  • Support operational efficiency and safety by proactively addressing competency gaps related to traffic guidance schemes, site setup, traffic management plans, and client expectations.
