Role 

Seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist & Patient Services Administrator, fluent in Mandarin & English to join a friendly, high-performing team.

You'll provide front-line reception support, assist with new patient enquiries, and deliver personalised service to patients from first contact through to treatment.

You'll play a key part in ensuring patients receive clear communication, smooth coordination, and a warm, reassuring experience across multiple clinics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional and welcoming front-of-house support for patients and visitors.
  • Act as the main point of contact for Mandarin-speaking patients, providing clear interpretation and guidance throughout their fertility journey.
  • Coordinate appointments and administrative support between doctors, nurses, and patient services teams.
  • Maintain accurate patient information using CRM and practice management systems.
  • Contribute to a culture of compassion, respect, and continuous improvement across the clinics.

Essential Requirements

  • Must be fluent in Mandarin and English at a Business level, both written and verbal. (Essential)
  • Proven experience in medical reception, patient services, or customer-facing healthcare roles (Essential)
  • Able to travel between multiple sites: Burwood, St Leonards area & Kogarah (Essential)
  • Experience in fertility or specialist clinic settings (ideal)
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a professional and empathetic approach.
  • Strong administrative and computer skills, including CRM or medical software (Salesforce experience advantageous).
