We are seeking an Accounting Assistant. This position is ideal for recent graduates or accounting professionals with limited experience. The company provides full training and guidance.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily accounting tasks, including bookkeeping and voucher entry;
  • Manage invoices and accounting documentation;
  • Use accounting software (such as Xero / Sage) for data entry;
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and monthly reconciliations;
  • Handle some administrative and office support tasks;
  • Communicate with Chinese-speaking clients and colleagues and assist in daily financial matters.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting or a related field;
  • Familiar with accounting and office software (e.g., Excel, Word);
  • Must fluent in Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) and capable of communicating in English;
  • Recent graduates or candidates with limited work experience are welcome to apply;
  • Detail-oriented, quick learner and responsible.
