Finance Officer

We are looking for a detail-oriented and professional Finance Officer to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the Finance Director to handle daily financial operations and ensure the accuracy and compliance of the company's financial activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Finance Director with billing management, payment records, and preparation of monthly/quarterly financial reports;
  • Perform daily reconciliations to ensure clear and accurate accounts;
  • Handle invoicing, including issuing, management, and filing;
  • Support compliance checks to ensure financial processes meet Australian regulations;
  • Assist with annual audits and other finance-related projects.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Local candidates in Australia preferred;
  • Proficiency in both Mandarin and English;
  • Previous experience in accounting/finance roles;
  • Proficiency with Australian accounting software such as MYOB and Xero, with hands-on experience;
  • High attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Work Rights:

Must hold valid legal working rights in Australia.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
