**Be part of a world class team in Australia (located across Sydney and Gold Coast)** - **Role located in Gold Coast** - **Flexible working arrangements** **What’s the role?** This position encompasses a broad range of responsibilities, including but not limited to: - Work in collaboration with other support & operations staff within Consumer Digital Technology, Digital Village & CBB Tech to coordinate key meetings to ensure Digital Village milestones are met. - General support to Chief Engineer with planning, time/task management, stakeholder management and other ad-hoc administration. - Working with the Westpac App & Platform technology leadership team and other key stakeholders to set up the annual operating rhythm of the team. - Facilitate ‘approvals’ related people hiring, finances, procurement. - Assist with vendor contracts, renewals and invoice payments for the team. - Coordination of weekly leadership team meetings including minutes and actions. - Facilitate travel bookings & approvals coordination for the team. - Organisation of team and leadership team events including annual offsites, monthly all-ins, and other social activities. - Support and coordinate the recruitment and onboarding process for the team. **What do I need?** - Over 5 years of experience working in an administrative, support role - Experience working within a large corporate environment with multi business units - Strong written and oral communication skills - Strong Microsoft Office skills (Teams, Excel, PPT, Word, etc) - Experience in managing team activities and events **Why join us?** We’re obsessed with becoming our customers #1 banking partner for life and we’re looking for people who are passionate about helping us achieve that goal.
