What You'll Do

  • Prepare and plate beautifully executed dishes with creativity and precision
  • Maintain impeccable food safety and hygiene standards
  • Contribute ideas to seasonal menus and event offerings
  • Support efficient kitchen operations, stock management, and cost control

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar Chef or Chef de Partie role
  • Genuine passion for food, quality, and presentation
  • Strong organisation and problem-solving skills
  • Calm under pressure with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
