Qualified Chef (Full-Time)

The Sebastopol Bowling Club, located in the Ballarat region, is seeking an experienced and motivated Qualified Chef to join our team on a full-time basis.

We are a well-established community sporting club offering a range of facilities, including a bistro, café, function spaces, bar, and sporting amenities.

The ideal candidate will:

· Be a fully qualified chef with proven experience in a similar role.

· Hold a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification

· Demonstrate passion for food and a strong, hands-on work ethic.

· Possess excellent teamwork and communication skills.

· Be reliable and flexible, with a sound knowledge of food safety and health regulations.

· Have full Australian working rights or appropriate visa status

This position requires availability for both midweek and weekend shifts, including some split shifts. In return, we offer excellent working conditions in a supportive and professional environment.
