About Us

Maintain It Australia is a growing company based in Loganholme, specialising in Emergency Makesafe, Restoration and Commercial Cleaning. With a strong reputation for quality and reliability, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional outcomes for both clients and insurers. We are now seeking a motivated and organised Administration Officer with insurance industry experience to join our team full-time, starting immediately.

About the Role

This is a key support role within our office, ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. You will be the first point of contact for clients and staff, while also managing administration tasks that support insurance repair projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and client/insurer inquiries.
  • Coordinate scheduling of jobs and allocate work to field teams.
  • Data entry, invoicing, and maintaining accurate records for insurance claims.
  • Assist in preparing reports, compliance documents, and insurer documentation.
  • General office support including filing, ordering supplies, and record keeping.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience in administration within the insurance industry (essential).
  • Knowledge of insurance processes, claims handling, or restoration projects.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to prioritise competing tasks.
