**THE ROLE**

We are looking for an enthusiastic and efficient sales coordinator who will become a pivotal member of our dynamic and high-performing Sales Team working casually three days during the week at our Loganholme office.

Overseeing a diverse range of interesting tasks, you'll go above and beyond to provide full administrative support. A confident communicator with exceptional problem-solving and organisational skills, you will support the Sales Manager, liaise closely with key stakeholders and manage team administration across the Sales team.

Duties will include but limited to:

- Manage sales administration processes and general admin
- Coordinating and maintaining work rosters and leave calendars for display home staff
- Compiling and updating various sales, workflow and customers service reports
- Maintain sales information system
- Supporting in workflow management across sales and tender paperwork
- Checking sales paperwork including compliance and upload to SharePoint
- Following up with sales staff on outstanding documentation
- Assist with House & Land packaging
- Supporting in the management and upkeep of Display Homes
- Coordinate new Display Home and office set up

**ABOUT YOU**

Your ability to prioritise conflicting demands, handle confidential information and exercise initiative will see you make your mark and enable the team to operate more efficiently. As a strong communicator, with exceptional attention to detail and organisational and system skills, you will liaise closely with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure accuracy and consistency across all areas of your work. Your proven track record in a sales support role and passion for the residential building industry will be highly regarded.
