We're Hiring: Clinical Coordinator (Full-Time)

Hours: 30-38hrs Per week

Are you an organised, proactive, and compassionate professional with experience in healthcare coordination? We're looking for a Clinical Coordinator to join our growing team and play a key role in delivering exceptional patient care and operational efficiency.

As our Clinical Coordinator, you will be the backbone of the clinic – managing clinical schedules, supporting practitioners, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You'll work closely with dentists, surgeons, nurses, and admin staff to make sure our patients receive high-quality care in a well-organised environment.

• In charge of stock ordering
• Liaise with practitioners, labs, and external providers (e.g., anaesthetists, surgeons)
• Ensure all clinical documentation, referrals, and records are accurate and up to date
• Monitor workflow and support with chairside scheduling and treatment room readiness
• Assist with patient communication, education, and follow-ups
• Maintain compliance with health and safety standards and clinic protocols
• Troubleshoot clinical and operational issues as needed

• Experience in a dental or medical clinical setting (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised with great attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with practice management software and digital workflows
