As a People & Culture Officer, you will be the instrumental in driving success through collaboration. Your mission will be to integrate people and culture strategies that align perfectly with our organisational goals. You will work closely with managers to enhance people-related priorities and create a thriving and harmonious work environment.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a People & Culture/Human Resources role
  • A certificate or equivalent qualification in Human Resources
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment
  • Current valid Australian Drivers license and reliable vehicle
  • Obtain an NDIS worker screening check

This position will:

  • Provide guidance to staff on internal policies and procedures & implement improvements
  • Enhance P&C programs like employee recognition and development initiatives
  • Contribute to organisational structure design and talent management processes
  • Stay updated on laws and regulations
  • Maintain personnel files & compliances
  • Handle recruitment - Lead the Graduate Recruitment Campaigns for 2024 & 2025
  • Support leaders in performance management discussions
  • Provide statistic reporting to management on status of recruitment, time to fill, employee turnover, trends in recruitment
  • General P&C Administrational tasks as required
