Our team of twenty-five full time staff is growing, and we're currently looking for a People & Culture Coordinator to join us in our Perth CBD office. If you thrive on variety, enjoy connecting with people, and want to make a real impact on culture and engagement, this could be the role for you.

The Role

At Successful Projects, you'll be connected to every part of the business, working directly with our managers and staff to keep things running smoothly. You'll be trusted to own your work, encouraged to bring ideas forward, and supported by a team that values professionalism with a personal touch.

  • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and offboarding: making sure every touchpoint feels professional and welcoming
  • Keep employee records and compliance requirements up to date
  • Support probation reviews, performance processes, and development planning
  • Help bring our culture initiatives and engagement activities to life
  • Provide guidance on policies, procedures and everyday HR queries

What We're Looking For

You don't need decades of experience, but you do need to bring energy, initiative and a willingness to dive into the detail. Ideally, you'll have:

  • 2+ years' experience in HR/P&C in a corporate setting
  • Experience working in a similar team size environment employees) is preferred
  • A relevant degree in HR or Business (desirable, not essential)
  • High degree of organisation and efficiency
  • Confidence to support managers and staff with day-to-day queries
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Current National Police clearance and valid working rights in Australia
  • National Police clearance must be current within the last 6 months
