We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented People and Culture Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the People and Culture department, ensuring the smooth running of HR processes and procedures, and maintaining accurate employee records. The People and Culture Administrator will play a key role in supporting the onboarding and induction of new employees and will be a first point of contact for employees on HR-related matters.

The Role
We have an opportunity for a dynamic administrator to join our People and Culture Team. This role supports the People and Culture team to deliver exceptional service to our most valued asset - our people.
What you'll be doing;
As our People and Culture Administrator, you will be key to the continuing success of the People and Culture Team. Main responsibilities include:
- Coordinating the onboarding process for all of our employees including: 
- Contract preparation 
- Ensuring onboarding compliance
- Delivering weekly inductions
- Managing the allocation of lockers and conducting employee tours 
- Verify and/or input new starter details using Employment Hero software 
- Update and maintain an interesting and current staff noticeboard including topics such as training, OSH, interval vacancies, staff benefits, Employee of the Month and any other notices of interest etc.
- Assist with all employee communications via payroll, memos, emails etc.
- Assist in coordinating staff social events and gatherings
- Assist in the coordination of community awareness events and fundraising programs throughout the year
- Create interesting and relevant internal coms including presentation for monthly briefing
What we're looking for;
An outgoing, practical and passionate individual with very strong administrative skills. Experience with the MS Office suite, in particular PowerPoint and excel. Ideally, you'll have worked in a busy People and Culture department, however it isn't essential. It is essential you are able to multitask and prioritize your commitments as we are always working on multiple projects. This role would suit someone who is looking at progressing their HR career as strong mentoring and development opportunities will be available.
