An experienced People & Culture Business Partner is required for an HR Projects contract.
Are you an experienced People & Culture Business Partner with exposure to organisational design and HR projects?
Our client is seeking the expertise of an immediately available People & Culture Business Partner to support a specific portfolio with a significant period of change.
Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, you will assist in the organisational design and job structure for this team, including engaging with stakeholders to understand positions and create position descriptions, risk assess rosters and schedules in alignment with industrial instruments, support redeployment and possible redundancy, and other ad hoc projects.
It is essential that you can commence immediately and commit to the full duration of the contract. You will be a strong generalist people & culture business partner with a working knowledge of the Fair Work Act and interpretation of modern awards and other industrial instruments. You will excel in your consultation and collaboration skills, possess the ability to multitask and have prior experience of managing change projects.
