Western Work Force are looking for an organised and proactive Service Administrator to join a friendly team in Welshpool.

In this role, you'll play an essential part in supporting our Workshop Supervisors by managing service paperwork, processing timesheets, preparing job costings, and handling customer enquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Upload and verify all service paperwork to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Process technician timesheets promptly and correctly.
  • Prepare and finalise job costings on schedule to enable timely invoicing.
  • Respond efficiently to customer enquiries relating to service and aftermarket support.
  • Manage and maintain service-related registers, folders, and email inboxes, ensuring timely action on all items.
  • Keep customer records accurate and up to date, including entering new customer information into the system.

Skills and Experience:

  • 1+ Years of Experience in a similar position.
  • Possess a Certificate II or III in Business Administration (highly regarded).
  • Strong computer literacy with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail in data entry
