Now Hiring: Mobilisation Administrator - Welshpool Head Office

The Opportunity:

As a Mobilisation Administrator at Schlam Cru, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and seamless deployment of our skilled workforce to various client sites. Based at our Head Office in Welshpool, you will be the key support for our field teams and Coordinators, underpinning our operational excellence and our commitment to putting our people first.

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and experienced individual to join our team in this critical support role.

Your duties will include, but not be limited to:

  • Mobilisation Coordination: Supporting the efficient mobilisation of employees to site, ensuring all logistical requirements are met.
  • Administrative & Data Management: Managing and inputting employee data into online mobilisation systems such as Pegasus, TOKN, HiBob, Enable, INX, ERMS, and Workflow, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Communication & Support: Providing timely and effective administrative support to our field team and Coordinators, responding to enquiries, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications & Skills:

To be successful, you will possess:

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar administrative or mobilisation-focused role, preferably within the mining or industrial sector.
  • Administration Skills: Strong administration skills, effective time management, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • System Proficiency: Previous experience and proficiency with online mobilisation systems such as Pegasus, TOKN, HiBob, Enable, INX, ERMS, and Workflow, is advantageous
  • Computer Literacy: Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Communication: Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Licences (Essential): Full Australian working rights, a current driver's licence, and reliable transport.
