As the business continues to grow, we are now seeking a Customer Service & Internal Sales Support professional to join their close-knit team in Welshpool. This is a great opportunity for someone who is bright, reliable, and thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on role where no two days are the same.

About the Role

This is a dynamic and engaging position that keeps you involved in every part of the customer journey. You will be the friendly voice on the phone and the key link between the sales, workshop, and dispatch teams, ensuring customers receive the right information and the right product on time.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a can-do attitude, and the confidence to take initiative when things get busy. You will handle quotes, orders, and customer updates efficiently while helping the team improve processes as the business transitions to a new CRM system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Process and follow up on quotes and sales orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with the workshop and dispatch teams to meet customer requirements and deadlines.
  • Maintain up-to-date customer and order information in the new
    CRM system

  • Support internal sales processes, including reporting and documentation.
  • Keep product details, pricing, and availability current.
  • Contribute to process improvements and system updates as the business evolves.

About You

You are naturally positive, reliable, and resourceful, the type of person who keeps calm under pressure and takes pride in doing things right the first time.

You bring a can-do attitude and genuine enthusiasm to your work, making you a valued part of any team.

You will bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service, internal sales, or administration.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in quotes and documentation.
  • Proficiency in
    MYOB
    , Microsoft Office, and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a busy environment.
  • Experience in the automotive, mechanical, or trade supply industry (advantageous).
