Our client is an employer of choice, and leading distributer of construction equipment that operates on a national scale. As a result of ongoing and sustained growth, they are currently seeking multiple Administrators to join their growing team. 

Roles Available:Parts Administrator:

  • Manage inventory across multiple locations, including vehicles, ensuring accurate stock levels and returns.
  • Facilitate movement of parts and materials between sites, while monitoring supply needs and placing restock orders as required.
  • Oversee purchasing tasks from request to order, maintaining accurate records and supplier communication.
  • Process work orders efficiently, consistently meeting internal performance benchmarks and deadlines.

Service Administrator:

  • Maintain accurate and timely service documentation, including technician records, job costings, and system entries.
  • Respond to service-related enquiries professionally, ensuring customer needs are addressed efficiently.
  • Oversee administrative processes such as managing service registers, inboxes, and work-in-progress updates.
  • Ensure prompt data entry for new clients and support accurate record-keeping across all service activities.
