Kitchen Administration Co-ordinator

Our client is looking for an organised and proactive Kitchen Administration Co-ordinator to oversee the smooth running of their kitchen operations. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on coordinating teams, managing processes, and ensuring efficiency across all aspects of kitchen administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Kitchen Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day administrative functions within the kitchen, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient processes.
  • Team Coordination: Act as the central point of contact between chefs, kitchen staff, and management to ensure clear communication and task completion.
  • Inventory & Supplies: Manage stock levels, order supplies, and maintain accurate records to support uninterrupted kitchen operations.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure health and safety, hygiene standards, and company policies are maintained across all kitchen activities.
  • Problem-Solving: Anticipate operational challenges and implement solutions to maintain efficiency and high standards.
  • Reporting & Administration: Maintain schedules, rosters, and administrative records for the kitchen team.
What Our Client is Looking For:
  • Relevant Experience: Previous experience in kitchen administration, hospitality operations, or food service management.
  • Organised & Detail-Oriented: Strong organisational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Tech-Savvy: Competent with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and familiar with kitchen or hospitality management systems.
  • People-Focused: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach to working with kitchen teams.
  • Calm Under Pressure: Able to handle a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment with professionalism.
  • Self-Starter: Motivated to work independently, prioritise tasks, and take initiative to ensure smooth operations.
