Full Time Client Service Officer role job based in Hobart CBD working with a Financial Planning business

Based in the Hobart CBD, this Financial Planning business provide premium service to a wide range of clients with the aim to remain a business with a personal touch and also depth of experience and talent.

**Your new role**

As the Client Services Administrator your core duties will be providing support to the Director. You’ll be responsible for;
- Reception duties
- Manage appointments/schedule, including co-ordination of all client review appointments
- Assist during client appointments as required (i.e. photocopying, word processing, coffee etc.)
- Update client portfolios in preparation for client reviews
- Recording of client details, investments, review dates etc. into CRM
- Control of outstanding client correspondence including invoicing for fees and payment follow up
- Assisting with Para planning
- Other adhoc duties
