Our **Managed Print Services** **(MPS)** team, provide bespoke printing and service solutions to our wide customer base. Whether it is printing hardware, electronic content management solutions, scan capture and workflow solution, our MPS team provides it.

As our **Sales Administrator** you are responsible for the administration and support of MPS sales teams, stakeholder service and support coordination to ensure sales targets are met. Reporting into the MPS Administration Manager, you will maintain high levels of customer service and satisfaction, contributing to retention of existing MPS customers.

**In this role you will be responsible for**:

- Ensure customer experience is first class
- Co-ordinate day-to-day sales clerical activities
- Arrange hardware installation and communicate with all relevant parties
- Ongoing contract maintenance

**Skills & experience required**:

- A self-motivated customer service professional
- Excellent influencing and negotiation skills.
- Great problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Experience with service ERP’s and basic project management tools such as Trello is preferred
