Our client specialises in delivering high-quality commercial fit-outs - and we're on the hunt for an Office Administrator to be the backbone of their projects and office. You'll be working closely with our Directors, supporting them across admin, supplier coordination, and project organisation.

What You'll Be Doing
- Keep the office running smoothly - emails, calls, filing, and document control.
- Assist with quotes, purchase orders, and invoices.
- Maintain project folders, records, and schedules.
- Source suppliers, request quotes, and track deliveries.
- Coordinate with subcontractors to keep projects on time.
- Support the Directors with day-to-day tasks, travel, meetings, and more.
- Ensure compliance records and WHS documentation are always up to date.
What We're Looking For
- 1-2 years of admin or junior project admin experience (construction/fit-out industry experience a bonus, not essential).
- Certificate in Administration or Business is desirable but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn about the construction and fit-out world.
- Must have a NSW drivers license and vehicle available
