Custom Accounting is seeking an Operations & Admin Assistant.
Who are we? We are a regionally based leading Chartered Accountancy and Financial Services firm based in Cootamundra with an office in Sydney. We service a diverse client base – small and large businesses, family operations, farms, individuals – based all across Australia. We're a small team, with a big output.
Who are we after? Someone with strong organisational skills and attention to detail, ideally previous experience in an administrative or office support role.

About the role
Our Operations & Admin Assistant plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office.
Key responsibilities:
- General administrative duties (data entry, document preparation, filing, mail handling)
- Primary point of contact for incoming calls and visitors to the office
- Manage the office calendar, assist with coordinating internal and external meetings
- Providing support to our accounting, investment and corporate secretarial divisions
- Administrative support for the firm's Director and CEO
- Oversee the upkeep of our office
The role will be based at our office in Cootamundra. We are seeking a full-time staff member, with flexibility to negotiate daily hours.
