What you'll be doing
To assist with planning of day to day resource & task allocations in the delivery of Mid North Coast Local Health District planned & preventative maintenance programs across multiple sites.
The MNCLHD are currently seeking a Site Maintenace Officer to join our amazing team at the Dorrigo Health Campus.
About you
- Possession of a relevant building maintenance related trade qualification with demonstrated knowledge, skills, and a high level of competency in that trade
- Demonstrated competence in the supervision, skills and principles required for the efficient and cost effective delivery of legislative, planned and unplanned maintenance services in a range of health facility settings
- Demonstrated knowledge and application of multi-skilling principles with sound analytical skills in fault-finding and problem solving
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Competent computer skills utilising varied and appropriate software programs (eg word processing, data management systems and spreadsheets)
- Current Driver's Licence and ability to travel as required
