Are you a detail-oriented logistics professional with a passion for keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? We're looking for a Warehouse Officer to join our team and play a key role in ensuring our supply chain operates efficiently and safely.

About the Role

As a Warehouse Officer, you'll be responsible for the accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. You'll help maintain inventory integrity, ensure timely order fulfillment, and contribute to a safe and organised warehouse environment. This is a hands-on role that supports continuous improvement and excellent customer service outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods
  • Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain inventory records using manual and digital systems
  • Conduct regular stocktakes and cycle counts
  • Ensure safe and proper storage, labelling, and handling of goods
  • Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners)
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and compliant with safety standards
  • Assist with returns, damaged goods, and warranty processes
  • Liaise with suppliers, couriers, and internal teams
  • Support process improvements and workflow optimisation

What You'll Bring

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Forklift and warehouse equipment operation skills
  • Experience with inventory systems and MS Office
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Problem-solving ability and a proactive mindset
  • Knowledge of WHS standards and manual handling procedures

Qualifications & Experience

  • Certificate or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
  • 2–3 years of warehouse operations experience
  • Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g. Odoo, SAP, Pronto, NetSuite)
  • Current forklift license (essential)
  • Current driver's license
  • WHS training and compliance knowledge
