Warehouse Administrator – Dandenong South

Our client, based in Dandenong South, is a trusted name in the production of premium quality beverages, supplying top-tier retailers across Australia. As their business continues to grow, they are seeking an experienced Warehouse Administrator to join their close-knit team.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday — 7:00AM to 3:00PM or 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

This role is for an immediate start


About You
  • Are you proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word?
  • Do you pride yourself on your attention to detail and strong communication skills?
  • Are you familiar with SAPB1 or similar systems (a bonus but not essential)?

About the Role

As a Warehouse Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting daily operations at our client's Dandenong South facility. This is a hands-on administrative position requiring high attention to detail, system accuracy, and efficiency in managing warehouse documentation.

This is a casual ongoing position working Monday to Friday. There is opportunity to go full time in the future.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Running Sales Order Picking Reports, exporting and manipulating data to highlight short picks.
  • Scanning documents and completed Delivery Documents into SAPB1.
  • Reviewing automatically generated Replenishment Reports and selecting stock for picking.
  • Raising Consignment Notes with transport companies.
  • Completing all inbound paperwork within daily timeframes.
  • Completing Pallet Transfers and entering Logistics Information into SAPB1, including arrival/despatch details and PO non-conformance reports.
  • Supporting Goods Receival processes as required.
  • Assisting in Chep reconciliation investigations led by the inventory team.
  • Ensuring compliance with all OHS requirements and maintaining 100% compliance with GMP standards.

Key Requirements
  • Proven experience in warehouse administration or similar roles involving spreadsheets, data entry, and email communication.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel and Outlook).
  • Experience with SAPB1 or similar ERP systems is advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
